Here is how I know 🙂 1)She came into my home, looked around, and gave me an HONEST assessment of what needed to be done to list the house 2) She provided me with contacts to help get the work done. 3) She checked in often, even before I signed the contract to see how things were coming along. 4) She hired a pro photographer to take great pictures...like she says "We've got to get them in the door" ***5) She made sure that she understood my family's personal needs and goals and limitations. And she did her very best IN EVERY SITUATION to accommodate for all of these things. For example, I wanted a fair price for my home and I also wanted to move ASAP, so that my 4 children could start in their new schools at the beginning of the year instead of being withdrawn from their current school during the school year. She went above an beyond to get the house that I wanted for the kids and I!! when I say above and beyond...i mean showing up in professional dress and heels to help me move a trash pile. No Joke. It came down to move the trash or not close on my previous house. 8) She even had both closings scheduled back to back at the same title company to ensure an easy transition from one house to the next. 9) Now a couple of months later...she still calls to check in and make sure everything is going well.
