Kim Tillett

Broker-Associate
Agent Training Director | Brevard

Multi-million dollar producer

Kim’s passion for the business of Florida’s real estate is surpassed only by her love for Florida itself. The weather, beaches, along with the diversity of people… she has found it to be the ideal place to raise her three children. She moved to Florida after graduation from high school in Long Island, NY, to attend college, where she received her degree in Education from the University of Central Florida.

Before turning her talents to real estate, Kim worked as an educator in Orlando, FL, being nominated Teacher-of-the-Year, for 3 years running. She then went on to become an award-winning pharmaceutical sales representative in SC and NY. The fast-paced and unique real estate market which currently defines Florida satisfies her desire for excitement, variety and new people and places. All this has been channeled and combined with utilizing her ever-expanding knowledge of Brevard and everything it has to offer. Kim is enjoying her career as a BROKER ASSOCIATE at ONE Sotheby’s International Realty and is currently heading up The KIM TILLETT Team in the Cocoa Village office. In her 13th year now, she has become a multi-million dollar producer specializing in all types of residential properties located along Brevard County’s coastline. She was chosen in 2016 to film an episode for HGTV’s “Beachfront Bargain Hunt.” Kim has since filmed 9 additional shows for HGTV’s “Island Life” and “House Hunters” which all premiered between 2017 – 2019. Her latest episode for “Island Life, Merritt Island” recently aired in September of 2022. The HGTV shows have done a beautiful job of showcasing the Space Coast’s waterfront properties and all that Brevard County has to offer!

Kim completed 2022 with 17M+ in sales and finished in the TOP 100 of ALL Brevard Realtors…which she has done concurrently for the last 4 YEARS.  She continues to lead The KIM TILLETT Group and remains intensely focused on service, integrity and discretion. Kim is committed to building a reputation for meticulous attention to detail, persistence and untiring service. Whether downsizing or upgrading, her joy comes from servicing her clients well and transitioning them to their new homes and new beginnings.

Cynthia Wall

A strong background in marketing, sales and design combined with a history of building long-term relationships began with a successful career with ALLTEL Communications where Cynthia worked in a variety of positions starting in Little Rock, Arkansas. At twenty-nine years old, she became the youngest and first female to be named a General Manager for an ALLTEL wireless market and was named to the Gainesville, Florida market. In 1998, Wall became Vice-President of ALLTEL’S telecommunications operations in North Florida.

While in Gainesville, Cynthia became an integral part of the community serving as Board President for numerous organizations. She served on the boards of the Gainesville Chamber of Commerce and the Economic Development Council and negotiated ALLTEL’S first telecommunications sponsorship contract with the University of Florida Gators sports program. Cynthia married Scott Wall, a referee for the National Basketball Association, and began her family. When both boys reached school age, she accepted a position with the University of Florida Foundation as the Development Officer for the Performing Arts Center.

An opportunity to move to Brevard County, Florida to be closer to extended family brought the Walls to Merritt Island. Cynthia used her experience in restoring a Charlotte, North Carolina cottage and the construction of two homes to convince her husband to purchase a 1959 home on the Indian River resulting in a complete renovation. Friends began to reach out for design advice, and Concierge Design was created. Formalized in 2017, Cynthia began remodeling residences and offering decorating services for new and existing homes in a project management role. She is proud to establish long-lasting relationships with her clients and remove the stress created by the remodeling process.

In 2001, Cynthia obtained her Florida Real Estate license. She activated her current license with the Kim Tillett Team for One Sotheby’s International Real Estate. Building on her experience of leading the way with customer service and determining what truly motivates a buyer or seller, Cynthia Wall is ready to negotiate your successful transaction.
